1. What’s the history behind the building?

Our pub has a unique past — it was originally a Masonic Lodge, home to a local Freemason chapter for many years. The lodge officially moved out in 2023, and the space was lovingly renovated into the welcoming pub you see today. We’ve preserved some of the building’s original character while giving it a new life as a community hub.

2. Do I need to be a member to visit the pub?

No membership is required! Everyone is welcome — just walk in, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere. The only membership we offer is for our Pool Club (see below), which is completely optional.

4. Do you serve food?

No — we currently do not serve food, but you’re welcome to enjoy our wide selection of drinks and bar snacks. Occasionally, we host pop-up food events or welcome local food vendors — keep an eye on our social media for updates!

5. Are children and dogs welcome?

Absolutely! We’re a family and dog friendly pub. We just ask that dogs remain on leads and stay within the sports bar area. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Do you take reservations?

By standard, we don’t take reservations — we operate on a walk-in basis.
However, if you’re planning a special occasion (such as a birthday, celebration, or gathering), please speak to a member of staff about reserving an area of the pub. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

7. Where can I park?

There’s no parking available on-site, street parking is available nearby.
